Delivery issues

Order changes and cancellations

  • Changes to shipping addresses must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they have not yet been shipped. After this period, cancellations must be handled through our Return and Refund Policy once the package arrives.

Damaged or defective shipments

Split shipments

Undeliverable packages
Packages deemed undeliverable by carriers (due to refusal, incorrect address, or repeated delivery attempts) will be returned to us. Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges if reshipment is requested.

Risk of loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier accepts the shipment. We encourage customers to provide secure delivery addresses and consider signature confirmation for valuable orders.
